The head office and the central warehouse are still located in Gånghester outside Borås, where the company was once founded. Logistics design
Project management

The central connection point of Eton’s North American supply chain is located in Atlanta. The original facility had reached its maximum capacity and risked limiting future expansion in the region.

The solution was to move to a new modern logistics facility in Atlanta. The new facility creates the conditions for being able to standardize and streamline logistics flows to a high degree, which enables optimized levels of service and customer experience. This results in shorter lead times for
Eton’s customers.

Proflow’s contribution

ProFlow acted as a project manager during the work with both the feasibility study, which was the basis for the move, as well as the execution of the warehouse and the move to the new facility. This during the current Corona pandemic in the Spring of 2020. Additionally, Proflow has participated, led the project, and acted as a logistics specialist in several previous projects at Eton.
